The state of American politics is increasingly volatile, and the integrity of the nation’s governing and judicial institutions are quickly deteriorating. Indeed, over the last several decades, America has been on a quiet decline, but over the last three years, the country has seemingly spiraled into a freefall. Since the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, it seems as if nothing has gone right for America or the president. Rampant inflation brought about by reckless government spending peaked at historic levels in late 2022 and remains a crippling force against the struggling middle class. The value of the dollar has sharply declined, and wages are stagnant; some 60% of the country continues to live paycheck to paycheck. Millions of illegal migrants from all across the world continue to pour into the country from the southern border and the government is unwilling or unable to stop them.
The massive waves of illegal migration that have soared towards the national southern border and into the nation since President Biden’s term began are unprecedented in the history of America. People are predominantly arriving from south America, but in truth, individuals from all over the world are flooding into the nation through the porous southern border. Recently, two Iranian nationals were apprehended at the southern border who had been placed on the American “watch list” for terrorists. This appalling occurrence is extremely worrisome and proves how vulnerable, weak, and threatened in terms of national security America is, but it comes as no surprise.
Biden is vulnerable as the 2024 general Presidential election remains just a few months away. In an attempt to solidify the support of young voters, Biden has been pushing the controversial plan for student loan forgiveness by the federal government. While the Supreme Court offered resistance to this agenda, Biden has continued his push. His latest plan would completely forgive debts from 30 million people. This is an insult to fiscally responsible people.
