House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) informed media outlets that President Joe Biden was the “Biden brand” that Hunter Biden marketed to international business partners. He said that Joe Biden’s prominence in Washington, D.C., and the Biden name itself made Hunter Biden an asset to the partnership.
Last week Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s ‘best friend in business,’ testified before House investigators that Hunter had placed then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone more than twenty times during business meetings to market “the brand.”
Confirmation of Archer In the spring of 2014, Joe Biden had dinner at Café Milano in DC with Hunter Biden and other business partners. Yelena Baturina, the ex-wife of a Moscow mayor and a millionaire in her own right, was also present at the dinner.
According to Archer’s testimony, Burisma co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky, Burisma Holdings executive Vadym Pozharski, and Hunter Biden called D.C. in 2015 to discuss a legal matter involving Burisma. The “Biden brand” was instrumental in the dismissal of Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was looking into corruption allegations against Burisma.
According to Archer’s testimony, Pozharski and Zlochevsky urged Hunter Biden to contact the government for assistance. Joe Biden boasted in 2018 of having fired prosecutor Viktor Shokin during a 2015 official visit to Ukraine.
Then-Vice President Biden and son Hunter Biden are accused of taking a $5 million payoff from Zlochevsky, according to an FD-1023 report filed with the FBI.
The allegations that Vice President Joe Biden was not involved in or aware of the financial dealings of the Biden family are “categorically false,” as Devon Archer informed Tucker Carlson in an interview that aired last Friday.
Archer has joined the growing number of those who have linked Joe Biden to his family’s financial dealings.
Tucker told Devon Archer that President Joe Biden denied any involvement or familiarity with his son’s firm. He said it didn’t seem true.
Archer agreed that it was incorrect. He said Joe Biden was familiar with Hunter’s enterprise, having spoken with Hunter’s business associates.
