While addressing President Joe Biden’s campaign, the former House Speaker avoided giving Biden direct advice on whether or not to remain in the run for president.
However, Pelosi has allegedly been meeting with powerful Democrats in Congress to plot a course of action that would convince Biden to change his mind.
Reportedly, she has contacted a diverse group of people, including Democrats in battleground districts who are worried that Biden would hurt their down-ballot elections and long-term veterans in places that go overwhelmingly Democratic.
The Biden campaign’s handling of the catastrophic Atlanta debate, which sparked this uproar two weeks ago, is the epicenter of the source of concern. Some people think there wasn’t enough of an objective examination or honest reckoning of the display.

On Tuesday, Biden wrote a letter to Hill Democrats in which he reaffirmed his determination to remain in the race, see it through to the finish, and beat Donald Trump. He wanted them to know that his resolve is unwavering, no matter what the media says.
Meanwhile, with the 81-year-old Biden’s age and cognitive decline at the core of the dilemma, Pelosi is 84.
